          All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery to the United Kingdom then takes between 2 and 4 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 3 to 6 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

          Refund Policy

          Delivery is free on all orders with no minimum spend required.

          If your mirror arrives broken or damaged during transit, the replacement or return is 100% free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@allonya.com, attaching photographs of the damage.
